1. Shipment Regulations:

All air shipments are subject to compliance with IATA (International Air Transport Association) laws and regulations. We strongly recommend seeking guidance from our team before shipping high-value items.

III. Prohibited Items for Air Shipping: The following items are restricted for air shipping, in accordance with IATA and local laws:

2. Nail Polish/Lacquer and Remover
3. Flammable Liquids, Gases, and Solids
4. Certain Types of Batteries
5. Toxic Liquids & Solids
6. Compressed Air or Liquids
7. Flying Drones & Toys
8. Firearm-Related Items
9. Military & Police Items
10. Tasers, Pepper Spray, and Camouflage Wear
11. Alcohol, Tobacco & Drugs, including Cigars & E-cigarettes
12. Seeds, Unprocessed Animal Products & Plants
13. Perishable Foods

The above restrictions are imposed to ensure the safety of both aircrew and ground handlers.

1. Product Verification: Prime Cargo Ltd is not liable for confirming the accuracy of product descriptions. All purchased items must comply with local and international laws. As mandated by law, we inspect and verify that all shipped items meet these criteria. Prime Cargo Ltd retains the right to refuse shipment of a package at its own discretion.
2. Repackaging and Consolidation: Repackaging and consolidation are value-added services provided by Prime Cargo Ltd to air shipping customers. However, it is important to note that Prime Cargo Ltd is not obligated to perform repackaging and consolidation.
3. Package Notification and Storage: Upon receiving your packages at our Nairobi warehouse, we will promptly notify you through a phone call, email, text message, or a combination of these methods to inform you of the arrival of your packages, ready for collection or delivery to your doorstep. After a period of 10 days, unclaimed packages will be subject to storage fees, incurring weekly charges of £10, plus applicable VAT.”**
4. Insurance premiums are based on cargo value as follows: 3% for £1,000–£5,000; 5% for £5,000–£50,000; and 10% for amounts above £50,000. Clients must declare high‑value cargo during the booking process
